Parring Shield now follows the player and does tons of damage

- Parring Shield now goes alongside player if player does the leap dash attack. It does tons of damage
- Parring shield+Leap Dash = Tons of damage and extra slowdown for dramatic effect.
- Still need to balance to allow only at certain conditions
