Bucko movement fixed

Bucko movement normalized in 0.12. Still need to fix the HUD and respown the sprites, they already apppear in random places. Of course damage is a concern but they aren't doing that for some reason. Again, broken collisions all around and is slow to fix but I'm fixing everything!
