The Lost Tales of The Most Inaccurate Mahou Shoujo

This is an experiment that I've been creating in order to test my RPG Maker Skills (although is not a RPG)  and to make my first entrance to a jam. It uses some plugins but I tried to keep that to a minimum (Hope I remember to credit them once I finish it).
My idea here is to lock the character to  face up or down but it can move in 8 directions.

I'm aware that there are some issues, but I'm glad if you find and report more of them so I can fix.

You can play competitive. There's a timer, hit count and continues count at the end of the game. Who is the best and fastest? Let's compete!

[ Web and mobile versions are mostly fine but can be laggy. Consider download the desktop version]

How to play - Controls:

-=PC=-

Z - Shoots upwards and lock the character to that position.
X - Shoots downwards and lock the character to that position.
Arrow keys - Moves the character.
F4 - Full Screen (PC).
Arrow keys - Move caracter.
Hold X or Z to skip scenes when available.

-=XBOX Controller=-

D-Pad and Left-Stick: Moves the character.
X - Shoots upwards and lock the character to that position.
A - Shoots downwards and lock the character to that position.
Start -  Pauses the action
Hold X or A to skip scenes when available.

-=Playstation Controllers)=-
D-Pad and Left-Stick: Moves the character.
Square - Shoots upwards and lock the character to that position.
X - Shoots downwards and lock the character to that position.
Start -  Pauses the action
Hold X or Square to skip scenes when available.

-= Touch Controls =-

Virtual D-Pad - Moves the character.
Up and Down Buttons -  Just tap them to toggle on and off upwards or downwards shoot (Warning:  Just tap them, don't touch and hold or otherwise you won't be able to walk).
(. . .) Three Dot Button - Allows you to hide the touch controls .
(| |) Two Bar Icon - Pauses the action.
(>>>)  Skip scenes when available.
